Project Overview
A blended learning journey designed to prepare emerging international leaders for professional and cultural exchange in the United States. The experience combines 12 virtual learning modules, an in-person orientation, professional placements, and a program debrief to strengthen intercultural competence, professional readiness, and opportunities for applied learning.

My Role & Contributions
Designed and developed the virtual learning curriculum, integrating self-paced Canvas modules with facilitated Zoom sessions, collaborative exercises, reflection activities, and practical applications. Managed LMS and created a structured learning journey that encouraged participants to build relationships, develop skills, and prepare for their exchange experiences.

Conceptualized and developed an interactive Padlet resource featuring practical AI use cases, sample prompts, and participant-centered scenarios. Designed and facilitated collaborative discussions encouraging international exchange program colleagues to identify learning opportunities, experiment with AI-supported interventions, and consider the relationship between AI tools and human support.

The project explores how accessible, scalable training can address knowledge gaps, strengthen host preparedness, and promote meaningful professional and intercultural exchange.

My Role & Contributions
Conducted a learning needs analysis to identify organizational, knowledge management, and performance gaps. Developed three learner personas representing new, experienced, and returning hosts, defined measurable learning outcomes, and outlined a flexible, self-paced digital learning approach tailored to different levels of experience.

A community-based, peer-supported learning program designed to support refugee and immigrant youth through academic enrichment, mentorship, and opportunities for personal development. The project focused on creating a structured, supportive after-school experience that could be implemented by community partners.Â

My Role & Contributions
Developed the program's theory of change, logic model, 16-week curriculum, implementation guidance, and evaluation framework. Translated program goals into structured activities and practical resources for staff and mentors. The program was subsequently implemented by International Rescue Committee staff at selected Sacramento, CA high schools.
